Catalog & product information

Feature descriptions, requirements, screenshots, status labels and availability are published from information supplied for the store catalog. Product status can change after publication, so review the product page and current status before ordering. Game names and artwork identify their respective games; Cheat Market is independent of those publishers.

Orders, payment & delivery

Adding an item to the cart does not create an order or reserve stock. An order is confirmed only after the payment provider sends a verified confirmation. Payments are processed through the hosted provider checkout, and payment details are entered with that provider. Delivery instructions appear during checkout and in the order email. Keep your order number and delivery email private.

Support-first refund policy

Digital license purchases are not automatically refundable. If you have a product issue, contact Discord support with your order number and a description of the problem. We will first try to diagnose and resolve the issue, including setup, compatibility and delivery troubleshooting.

A refund may be considered only when the product issue cannot be resolved by support after a reasonable troubleshooting attempt. Refund decisions are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed for issues caused by incorrect setup, failure to meet published requirements, misuse, third-party service outages, account actions by a game publisher, change of mind or a problem that support successfully resolves.

Do not send payment details, passwords or private license keys in a public Discord channel. Use the support process so the order can be checked securely.

Acceptable use & availability

You are responsible for checking compatibility and following the product requirements. We may pause a product, checkout or delivery while investigating an outage, security issue, payment dispute or supplier problem. Nothing in the catalog promises uninterrupted availability, a particular detection outcome or compatibility with an unlisted system.
