Information we receive
When you browse, your browser may store cart selections locally. When you start an enabled checkout, we receive the email address, selected products, license variants, quantities, prices, order identifier and payment status needed to process the order. If you contact support, we may receive the order number and the details you choose to provide about the issue.
How we use information
We use order information to create and reconcile payments, reserve and deliver the selected license, send delivery or service messages, prevent abuse, investigate disputes and provide support. We use limited operational logs and security controls to protect the service and diagnose failures.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the website and backend. ServerSide.win processes hosted payments and payment confirmations. Email delivery uses the configured email provider when automatic delivery is enabled. These providers process information under their own policies and receive the data needed for their service.
Storage & security
Order records are retained for fulfillment, support, payment reconciliation and security review. License inventory and supplier delivery information are protected in the backend and are not published in the catalog. Keep order links, email access and Discord conversations private. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we use access controls, encryption, rate limits and request validation to reduce unauthorized access.
